It's been just over a year since I last posted a New World Order caption, though I always meant to make a series of these. Last time we took a glimpse at shopping in the NWO, today we'll take a look at law enforcement and how times have changed.
I really enjoyed writing this one, probably more than any of my recent captions actually. Hopefully that carries over to all of you as well.

Not as focussed as your best, but quite good.
BalasPadamI enjoyed the way the story seemed to be heading one way then changed direction by revealing further details about the officer.
BalasPadamYeah, I was hoping it would be an unexpected twist. I had to rephrase things to keep the officer's gender and real purpose unknown until the ending paragraphs. Probably why I found it so fun to write, actually. ;-)

BalasPadamOh, this was a great one! Your NWO universe is possibly my top favorite. The sudden twists that start popping out one after another at the mid-point were really well done. Love it!
