NWO: Payment In A Rears

Hello everybody! Hope you all are doing well, and staying out of the heat.

Today's cap is another in my New World Order series. I had an idea for a NWO caption, actually had it basically finished and ready to post over the weekend, but then had another idea that fit with the first so well, I decided to make them both together. Only problem was, the one I had completed was essentially a sequel to the one I still had to make, so I couldn't really post it.

So, bad news is I didn't get a caption posted as soon as I'd wanted, but good news is that I have a follow-up NWO caption ready to post tomorrow. :-)

So, as always, let me know what you think. I know my anal-themed caps aren't always to everyone's tastes, but still, hopefully this one works on enough levels to get past that.
