Trick-or-Teats

Thanks to all who commented on the last post, and those who've purchased my ebooks (not just in the past month, but since I started this weird business).

I've been considering starting a Patreon account for awhile now, but don't really know much about it, or how it'd work for a writing gig. But I'd like to know your thoughts, suggestions, if me starting a Patreon account is something you'd be interested in or if it'd turn you off, or anything else.

So please leave me a comment or email, especially if you know anything about Patreon. I have almost no experience with them, so it's all pretty much news to me.

Anyway, on to the captions. Today's cap is a very silly thing that popped into my head, just in time for Halloween. I'll probably do a couple other caps for the holiday.

  1. I don't know that much about Patreon, but I do know that writers I've been pledged to usually go for a "Per release" payment instead of a monthly thing, sometimes with an upper monthly limit, although it depends. Like for every caption/set of caption released it'd bill of those pledged. I guess maybe it gives a better incentive to be productive? idk

In any case, if you actually go for a Patreon, I'd definitely pledge to it, you've been my favorite ebook and caption writer for many years now !

    1. Thanks for the information, I didn't realize Patreon could be set up on a 'per release' basis. That makes a lot more sense to me, now that I think of it. That might help incentivize me to finish some of my shorter 'free fiction Fridays' stories, for posting on Humbled Harlots. I've been sitting on a lot of ideas, or just turning them into one-off captions instead.

Thanks again, and I'm glad to hear I'm your favorite writer, too! :-)

  2. Love the caption. I think i would accidently spill my drink in her lap just before midnight so that she would also have a moist pussy as well.
Sorry I am far too tight to pay for things.

    1. I was actually going to have her take on a costume persona for the party, where she talks like a stereotypical Asian hooker ("Fook you long time, five dollah!") sort of thing, that would also get "locked in" at Midnight when the curse activates. But like usual, I ran out of room for the extra text.

  3. I'd say Patreon is a good business model these days. You could create a higher tier for written content than caption content, but that's just one possibility among many. I hope it'll help. ^.^

On the caption itself... I kind of feel bad that Sarah will be condemned to a life of nothing but custom made clothes, but then again that'll probably help with the cheating problem -- either by stopping it or incentivizing it even more ;P I wonder if the students vote taking the curse in account, though... ^,^

    1. Good point, Leila. If the curse is widely known and widely believed to be real, votes would surely be based at least in part on a desire to see a particular costume become real and permanent -- out of hatred for the wearer, or desire to see the costume come to life day after day, or both.

    2. Oh, the older students know all about the curse being real, and no doubt use it to their advantage each year. The whole Bimboween contest is a way of older students showing off how creatively they can set up their girlfriends, but no one ever goes as overboard as Drew is this year, since he's trying to get revenge not just a bustier, sexier girlfriend.

Thanks for the Patreon feedback. I wonder if I could set up a tier system based on shorter and longer stories, with my short free stories being the lower tier. I've got lots of ideas for very short stories (hence all the captions) that wouldn't really be long enough to make into proper ebooks.

    3. For anything you upload on Patreon you can select what tiers it is visible to.

It would be interesting to see the past students afflicted by this curse.

  4. Nice curse

I have noted a fair few people going on Patreon (though I'm not on it myself so my view is limited) and it sees to work for them, if anything it seems to see them creating more and I imagine the extra income wouldn't hurt.
