Posting on Humbled Harlots

Forgot to mention, I've posted a short story on the sister blog, Humbled Harlots. Just in case you missed it. It's basically a caption that ran too long, and I couldn't find a good second picture to turn it into a proper two-parter.

I'm finding that many of my recent captions are too long to easily attach to a picture, and sometimes it actually takes me more time to find suitable pictures and edit the text down, than it does to write the caption outright. So I think I'm just going to post some of those longer caps on Humbled Harlots instead. That way I'm actually updating the blog more often, and maybe saving myself some trouble.

I've got a few more to post there, so please check them out as I post them. These won't be as long as the older free stories there, fair warning.

Walking A New Beat

Well, I'm snowed (or actually, iced) in today, so you're all getting some new caps a few days early.

I've been in a bit of a transgender caption mood lately, for whatever reason, so here's a short two-part sex change caption. It's a very abbreviated version of an old story idea I've been toying with, but haven't gotten written. Perhaps some day I'll make the longer version.

If you all would be interested in some more transgender captions (I know that sort of thing isn't to everyone's tastes), let me know and I'll try to finish some of the other TG caps that I've had on the backburner the past few months.

Miss Johnson

Sorry it's taken the whole month to post anything, but this illness has been very stubborn. I'm still getting over it.

That said, I'm able to work at the computer without getting headaches finally, so I finished this caption I started about three weeks ago. It's a bit more female-dominant than most of my stuff (with the obvious exception of my Plastic Surgeon's Revenge books), but for whatever reason it seemed like a fun premise to me. Hopefully it does for you all too.

Thanks to all for your patience as I heal up. I hope to get some more stuff posted soon, especially now that I'm finally not having to work extra days at my day job. Unless the new hire quits unexpectedly like the last two guys did, of course. Fingers crossed.

News

Sorry all, I've been very sick all month. First with a virus after Christmas that left me bedridden for days, and then I got a very bad case of the flu that I've been dealing with for over a week now. Thankfully, it never turned to full-blown pneumonia, but I haven't been able to do much of anything but lay around wrapped in blankets since last Wednesday. And haven't been online at all in over a week now.

I'm finally starting to get better, and will try to finish some new captions in the next few days. I actually wrote a lot of stuff just after the last post for New Years, but just haven't been able to finish anything since I got sick. Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know I hadn't disappeared entirely or anything.
