Hope you had a fun weekend everybody. As promised, here's the genie captions I mentioned yesterday, hope you all like them. I'm busy tomorrow taking dogs to see the vet, but I'll try and get another caption up anyway, probably late tomorrow night.
Oh, and if anyone has any ideas for a Christmas-themed caption series, let me know. I'm trying to think up something to do for later this month but so far haven't had any good ideas.

A great caption i hope we can see some more of the frats wishes soon.
ReplyDeleteFor a theme maybe A woman insists that this year there well be a Mother Christmas at the mall. she is forced into the part but the ticked of traditionalist can use hypno or magic? and she finds herself granting every gift even to the naughty ladies and gents shes upset.
I enjoyed the genie's frustrations with the frat pack and how their wishes unfolded. Hope we see more of her in the future
ReplyDeleteHahahahah oh god I love this scenario! XD Nothing funnier than a frustrated genie who can't be cleverly evil because her audience doesn't get it!
ReplyDeleteNow I hope she's not really into it, otherwise this will go from a very long boring wait to a very long pleasure rollercoaster of a wait. :P

I love the banner! Very fun, very sexy stuff, you did a great job. I really dig your new captions too. They remind me of your great Laura Krauff ebook; you have a running trend of writing entertaining djinn. The silly name is just icing on the cake
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you're enjoying the new caps, should have another up soon.
DeleteAnd yeah, I'm a big fan of wish-twisting genie stories/captions. Not sure why, just always seems like a lot of fun to be had. Actually, I started out doing TG-caps on yahoo with a group called Bad Wishes. All of my first caps were generally involving wishes-gone-wrong and that sort of thing. So my "running trend" is rather longer than just my Laura Krauff story too.
I remember a Yahoo group called something like "Bad Wishes" or "Unwise Wishes", so clearly there's a sizable audience for this kind of story.
ReplyDeleteTo say nothing of all those jokes involving things like the guy who gets made into a sandwich, or the guy with a twelve-inch pianist....
