Worst. Pun. Ever.

Hello everyone! Today you're all getting two silly little captions, involving Meisa's pun-loving supervillain, and Mayor of Cleavage City. Meant to have this up ages ago, but had trouble finding pics that I liked. Anyway, I hope this gets a laugh or two from you all at least.

In other news, I've been hard at work writing this past week (and I'm a bit under the weather too) and have made good progress on both my upcoming superheroine ebook and a sequel to Chief Executive Bimbo. As to Ro-Sham-Bimbo 3, I'm putting it on hold for a bit as I want to get at least the new CEB story published first. But RSB3 is in the works as well. And a lot of other stuff, of course.

I'm going to keep focused on writing, at least while my muse is cooperating. I've got lots of other fun Punny Money captions I'll try and post in the meantime, unless you all are tired of bad puns, or something.

Gymbo - Prize Captions

Happy Friday, everybody!

Today's three captions are Doctor Psycho's prize caps for winning the Superhero Caption Contest. They're not superhero themed, however, but are based on a rather plausible bimbofication idea I had while working at a local hospital a few years ago.

I was working on a Batgirl caption for another prize, but with Yvonne Craig's recent death, I've decided to hold off on posting any of those caps for at least a few weeks. What I have planned will probably be rather dark, and would seem inappropriate to post right now, considering.

And in other news, Sphere Eighty has posted a superhero-story called Binary Babe's Last Photoshoot. It's inspired by Orb's superheroine-impregnation stories, so if you enjoy those, you'll probably enjoy Sphere's tale as well. He's written a follow-up which I've read and enjoyed, and is currently working on additional sequels. Check out his blog for Character sheets, and to let him know what you think of his stories.

The List

No superhero caption or contest prize today, sorry. I have veen busily working on a Batgirl caption prize, but I'm not finished yet.

Several people have recently asked me about continuing Chief Executive Bimbo and my old bimbo caption series Tessa's Nightmare (Links to Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6). Those emails have sort of inspired today's caption, which, while not directly related to my old cap series or my ebook story, is at least in the same general vein.

I hope you all enjoy this, admittedly, very simplistic caption. Honestly, I just liked the picture. ;-)

P.S. And yes, I know I haven't posted the second free Order of Magnitude story on Humbled Harlots, it's not quite finished.

Getting PUN-ished, #3 - Contest Prize

Sorry about the wait, I've have storm fronts sweeping through my area since early Sunday.

Anyway, as promised, here's the thrilling conclusion to Meisa's prize caption. I spent entirely too long editing the caption down so it would fit, but I just couldn't stand to cut away even one more pixel of the picture. I hope the text is still readable and the story doesn't seem too rushed.

Ultimately, Meisa wanted a caption that featured a woman "being forcibly and humiliatingly rendered into living a life that will revolve solely around her huge tits, forever" so I hope this fulfills that premise. I doubt BigGuns' crimefighting career will stay the same after this.

Also, I've hidden a small Easter Egg of sorts in the morphed picture, see if you can find it. :-D

As always, please let me know what you think,

Getting PUN-ished, #2 - Contest Prize

And as promised, part two of BigGuns' ordeal, with the final part coming tomorrow. I doubt the other prize captions will end up three-parts long, but who knows.

This superheroine theme has given my muse a much needed kick in the pants, and I'm having lots of ideas right now. Just thought up a whole superheroine story, in fact. Might end up as an ebook sometime in the near future, if it ends up long enough to justify it, and if I can figure out how to make a proper superheroine cover.

Is this the end of Punny Money? Tune in next time to find out in the thrilling conclusion!

Getting PUN-ished, #1 - Contest Prize

Happy Friday, everybody! I hope for this to be a fun weekend, as I've finished the first prize caption and it was so long, I'm breaking it into 3 parts. Barring any weather issues, I should be able to post the next parts tomorrow and Sunday. The text was too long to fit on just one pic, and split into thirds quite nicely, with a little cliffhanger for the first two caps too.

As is probably evident from the title, this series will involve the wonderful pun-loving villain from Meisa's contest submission. I don't know why, but I'm just bursting with fun ideas for future caps with this villain.

I'm posting three versions of today's caption, as I'm trying out a few comicbook-style fonts and I need some feedback. Which of these three versions do you like the most, or is most readable, whatever? The last version is my normal font choice for all captions, ARCena thin. It's sort of comicbook-esque to begin with.

As you can see, this caption is mostly setup for what's to come, but hopefully it'll be worth the buildup in the end. Let me know what you all think, and I'll see you all here again tomorrow for the followup....

Contest Winners

So, after a great deal of thought, I've managed to decide on a winner for my Superheroine Caption Contest. This has actually been pretty difficult to do, because there really were quite a few captions that I really, really enjoyed, often for very different reasons.

The Winners

There is just no way I can narrow it down to just one winning caption, so I've picked four winners. They are, in no particular order:

Meisa, for his wonderfully puntastic caption. I love the character he created, Punny Money, and I've actually thought up several more caption ideas that would use her. I like the general wackiness of the caption, with the not-so-evil-afterall villainess somehow getting her hands on a shrink ray, and fun way she uses it to teach her victim a lesson. That last line is just wonderful; I'm a sucker for bad puns.

q, for his Barbara Gordon mind-control caption. I enjoyed the Power Girl cap as well, but the dialogue in the Batgirl cap was just wonderful, and I always like a mind-control scenario where the victim is aware of what they are being made to say and do.

Doctor Psycho, for his Black Widow caption. I loved the use of a Life Model Decoy as an excuse to force the little assassin to get her boobs done. It's just such a very clever use of a real comic book technology, and I liked the realization that Stark was no doubt the real reason behind the enhanced bosom. All it really needs is a final quote from Fury about how he actually preferred the PAWG version of her LMD, himself.

And finally, Dame Maree, for that wonderfully inventive series, that managed to make a coherent story out of a great many of the contest pics, which is impressive all in itself. I like the many different fetishes that were hit upon, most particularly the lip expansion and subsequent lisping.

Honorable Mentions

Really, everyone is an honorable mention, but these are the captions that stuck out the best to me:

Nivek, for his AlphaGirl caption. I liked the way he setup the scenario, an invincible superheroine feeling (justifiably) confident that the villain who has caught her is no real threat. And I loved the method the villain came up with to turn the tables on the heroine. The fact that her fate was seemingly permanent was a very nice touch, for me.

Energizer, for his Crimson Lotus caption. I just really enjoyed the way the villain turned the heroine's powers against her, and way she was given new, permanent fetishes.

Finally, Zoligomyst, Namazuros, and Leila all submitted captions with very fun central ideas, from Zoligomyst's camera that sees (or perhaps creates) humiliating futures, Namazuros' magnetic bondage and particularly fun means of rendering a villainess' powers useless, to Leila's fun predicament bondage scenario. All were very clever and well done.

***

So, that's the winners folks. I do hope I didn't hurt anyone's feelings or discourage anyone I didn't mention. But with 14 contributors, it's difficult enough just picking my favorite captions. I did try to give everyone my personal thoughts on what I enjoyed most about their caption(s) in my reply emails when the captions were originally submitted.

With the winners now announced, I will now like to start working on the prizes. I will make a caption (preferably somehow superheroine-themed) for each winner, along whatever basic guidelines they come up with, just like in the past contests. So please, Meisa, Doctor Psycho, Dame Maree and q, please get in contact with me either through email or in the comment section below and let me know what sort of caption you want me to make for you, which fetishes to hit, or what particular hero you'd like me to use/abuse. Thank you!

And thanks once again to everyone who participated. This contest was a huge success, I feel, and I'm eager to try another one soon. Maybe with a Mind-Control Theme this time, just for fun.

Please let me know in the comments below, whether you liked the way I created images with blank text areas in place already or if that was more trouble than its worth. Given the large turnout this time around, I'm wondering if the pre-formatted pictures didn't have something to do with that. But it could just be coincidence, and perhaps the theme this time had more to do with great turnout.

Superhero Contest Submissions!!!!

In the immortal words of Navin R. Johnson (heavily paraphrased): "The new (captions are) here! The new (captions are) here!"

Greetings everybody! Meant to get this posted yesterday, but had to deal with a farming emergency instead that took up my whole day. On the plus side, the delay gave time for a few people to finish their caps and send them in, which was a fun reward to see in my inbox when I finally got back home.

Now, when I started this contest last week, I said I really hoped to get 10 contributors submitting captions, and I didn't get that.... I got 14 contributors instead!!! Wonderful turnout, everyone!

In fact, I've had so many captions sent to me this past week, I'm having trouble keeping track of them all. I'm going to post all of them below, after the break. But if you sent me a caption, and don't see it here, please let me know immediately!

Now, in no particular order, here are the great submissions I received from you all:
