It's been a while since I did a Midnight Surgeon cap, so here's a quick one. It's really more a possible Midnight Surgeon caption, since he's never actually mentioned by name, but still...
Diabolical good fun. You know, I have a TENS unit myself (thank you, Federal employee health insurance!), so I know that the display panel shows little pictures of a back, a hand, a shoulder, &c., so it can be set for the particular combination of jolts that best serves the target area. I'd love to see the Midnight Surgeon's version, and the cute little graphics it displays of the parts he uses it on. . . .
I'm sorry if this comes across as complaining, I guess it kinda is, but I'd love to see some follow ups to the Surgeons "experiments". They all start off great and build to something that he has "planned" and then nothing.

Even now, nearly two years later, this is still one of the best caps I have ever seen.
