Swell Dreams
As promised, here's a new caption to (hopefully) make up for my unexpected absence this past week. It's pretty similar in nature to one of my first caps, Swollen Pride, even down to the title.
I was going to have an epilogue where she wakes up, but didn't have the space in the end. I do have another picture that might work for that, so I might make a follow-up sometime.

What would happen if they injected the permafil into her nipples making the so large that she can not have the saline removed from the implants or she would have to add more saline to the implants so that the implants were more in proportion with her now huge nipples. or add some permafil to the implants to cause some type of non reversible reaction with the saline
