Hello everyone! Today you're all getting two silly little captions, involving Meisa's pun-loving supervillain, and Mayor of Cleavage City. Meant to have this up ages ago, but had trouble finding pics that I liked. Anyway, I hope this gets a laugh or two from you all at least.
In other news, I've been hard at work writing this past week (and I'm a bit under the weather too) and have made good progress on both my upcoming superheroine ebook and a sequel to Chief Executive Bimbo. As to Ro-Sham-Bimbo 3, I'm putting it on hold for a bit as I want to get at least the new CEB story published first. But RSB3 is in the works as well. And a lot of other stuff, of course.
I'm going to keep focused on writing, at least while my muse is cooperating. I've got lots of other fun Punny Money captions I'll try and post in the meantime, unless you all are tired of bad puns, or something.

Sorry to hear you're under the weather, hope you feel better soon.
ReplyDeleteI'm really enjoying all your puns and ridiculous names, with the mayor's in particular making me laugh. Also, super excited to hear that more Chief Executive Bimbo is in the works, that was a really fun first part. All your writing projects sound so hype!
And I don't mean to sound like a jerk or anything, but in the first caption, is that an incomplete sentence at the end of the fifth paragraph? I may be totally understanding it wrong, though. Really neat, creative captions!
Glad that you enjoyed the new caption, and are excited about the various stories in the works. CEB2 is coming along nicely; if anything, I'm having too many ideas for fun scenes that I'm having trouble advancing the main plot forward. I'd meant for this to be a two-part series, but it might well end up as another trilogy. Not that that's a problem, of course. ;-)
DeleteI'm not really sure what you're seeing on the caption, though. The sentence you seem to be talking about ends with "... don't you?" which is responding back to the beginning of the sentence, turning it from a declarative sentence into a question. It is a big busy, though. Perhaps I should have written "Sausage Eating Contest" with hyphens instead? That might have made it a little easier to follow. Or possibly the confusion is due to the font choice? Or maybe you're actually referring to a totally different sentence entirely?
Whichever the case may be, you aren't a jerk for bringing it up, Namazuros. :-D

Oh, that's totally my bad, I'm sorry, and thanks for clarifying. I don't have any issues with the choice in font, though, I think it looks nice. And awesome to hear about all your ideas, you come up with the most creative fun stuff.
DeleteOooh, now I'm having this amazing craving of seeing a crossover of Punny Money and the Mad Surgeon. Imagine the possibilities when extreme punning and extreme surgery collide! ^.^
ReplyDeleteBest wishes for ya, you crazy mastermind.
Leila, that's a horrid idea! I love it.
DeleteGlad to see that my crazy little girl is keeping herself so productive in your world B-Rex. :D
ReplyDeleteThat title is driving my OCD little brain crazy because it doesn't read "Wurst Pun Ever" . . . .
