It would be even nastier if Patty had one of those inflatable penile implants -- maybe responding to a remote control held by Jake? -- which would give poor Patty a rigid erection whether desired or not.
Patty's just lucky no nerves were severed, or that little "clit-dick" would really be solely for Jake's enjoyment. As it is, though, sexual pleasure is shaping Patty's responses, which are going to be penis-oriented and Jake-oriented from now on.
I'm glad you both liked the blood vessel modification, it was an old idea I had for a nipple body modification.
I'm actually fairly confident that it would work, at least as a way to keep the nipples permanently erect. Might be more troublesome for the groin area though, but still, the concept is fairly plausible I think.
